Order Cancellation Policy

At WB MOD we understand that circumstances can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining an efficient processing system. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below.
Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Because we strive to process orders quickly, any request made after this 24-hour window may not be possible if the order has already entered the processing or shipping phase.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email:

- Subject Line: URGENT: Cancellation Request for Order #(Your Order Number)
Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email to help our team locate your transaction quickly.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
If you wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour window has passed:
- If the order has not yet been dispatched: We will do our best to stop the shipment and issue a full refund, though this is not guaranteed.
- If the order has already been dispatched: We cannot cancel the order while it is in transit. In this case, you must receive the package and follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item for a refund. Please note that in this scenario, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved:
- Refund Method: The full purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay).
- Timeframe: Refunds are processed immediately on our end, but it may take 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Fees: There are no cancellation fees or restocking fees for orders cancelled within the allowed window.
Cancellations by WB MOD WORKSHOP.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Stock Availability: If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or becomes unavailable.
- Technical Errors: If there was a clear typographical error in the price or product description at the time of purchase.
- Security & Fraud: If our payment system flags the order as potentially fraudulent or if the billing information cannot be verified.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
