What is a Custom Mod Watches ?
A custom mod watch is a bespoke timepiece hand-assembled by independent studios. At Watchbrick, we build our watches using genuine high-performance mechanical movements manufactured by TMI (Time Module Inc.), a specialist subsidiary of the Seiko Group (such as the NH34, NH35, and VK63 series).
These reliable movements are integrated into premium aftermarket cases and paired with custom-designed dials to create a unique, high-quality timepiece.
Important Distinction: A Watchbrick custom watch is not an official product of Seiko Holdings Corporation. We are an independent brand that utilizes these movements to provide collectors with a customized horological experience.

Can I customize a watch?
Yes! You can build your own MOD WATCHES using our online customisation tool. Select every detail, and we’ll hand-assemble it for you.
Where are you located and where do you ship from?
We operate our primary workshop in Hong Kong, where every timepiece is individually hand-assembled, quality-checked, and regulated before dispatch.
To ensure the highest service standards and reliable delivery via DHL Express, we currently specialize in serving collectors in Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched directly from our Hong Kong studio to these supported regions.
How long is shipping to Australia? Any duties?
Total delivery typically takes 8–14 business days via DHL Express (includes our hand assembly & testing + transit time).
For customs duties:
- Orders under $1,000 AUD: Generally, no import duties or GST are charged upon entry.
- Orders over $1,000 AUD: May be subject to 10% GST and customs processing fees.

How long is shipping to the US? Any duties?
Total delivery typically takes 8–14 business days via DHL Express (includes our hand assembly & testing + transit time).
Regarding Taxes/Duties:
Watchbrick does not collect taxes or duties at checkout. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. You are responsible for any local sales tax, GST, or import duties required by your country’s customs. These fees are typically collected by DHL before or upon delivery.
