We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, and you’ll receive full tracking once your watch ships.

We work with carefully selected suppliers of Seiko-compatible parts to ensure premium fit and finish. Every part is tested before it goes into a Watchbrick mod.

Yes. Every Watchbrick timepiece includes a 12-month limited warranty, covering internal movement issues. Wear and tear or water damage due to misuse is not covered.

At the moment, we offer curated, limited-edition Seiko mods only. Full customization is not available yet — but stay tuned for future drops.

Engraving is currently not available for most models. We may offer limited personalization in future releases.
