Shipping & Returns

When will my order be shipped?
All Watchbrick watches are made to order. Production begins once your order is received and typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We mainly offer worldwide express shipping. Most orders are delivered within DHL EXPRESS 6–14 business days. You'll receive full tracking details once your watch ships.

Why does my DHL tracking only show “Shipment information received”?
This status appears right after dispatch. Your parcel has already been handed over to DHL, but because we ship in bulk via a commercial broker, it may take a few days before DHL scans and updates the system. During peak seasons or Hong Kong hub congestion, this delay is normal. Please note that such delays are caused by DHL’s handling process and are beyond our control.
How long is shipping to the US? Any duties?
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all orders shipped via DHL to the United States may incur an import duty payable by the customer. Once your order is dispatched,DHL will contact you directly(via SMS or email) with a payment link. Please ensure the duty is paid within 5 days to avoid your parcel being returned to Hong Kong. If unpaid, the package will be automatically returned, and any re-shipping costs may be your responsibility. We’re unable to mark packages as gifts or under-declare values due to customs compliance.
Where are you located and where do you ship from?
We operate two workshops, located in Hong Kong and GC. Our Hong Kong workshop handles the assembly and global fulfilment of most orders, while the GC location is primarily used for component storage and inventory support. Most orders are assembled and shipped from Hong Kong. FREE worldwide shipping is available on all orders.
What is your return policy?
Since all watches are made to order, we only accept returns for defective products. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your item. More Info Policy Of Refund

What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a custom-built watch made using Japanese movements manufactured by TMI (Time Module Inc.), a subsidiary of the Seiko Group, such as NH34, NH35, NH72, and VK63.
These movements are paired with high-quality aftermarket cases and dials, then independently assembled to create a unique timepiece. A Seiko Mod is not an official Seiko-branded product.

Are these water-resistant?
Most Watchbrick watches are water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM). Suitable for everyday use but not for swimming or diving.
Can I customize a watch?
Yes! You can build your own Seiko mod using ouronline customization tool. Select every detail and we’ll hand-assemble it for you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes! Each Watchbrick timepiece comes with a 12-month limited warranty, covering mechanical movement issues. Damage from water, drops, or general wear is not covered.

How can I adjust the watch bracelet links or rubber band?

Are these official Seiko watches?
No. Watchbrick builds custom watches using authentic Seiko movements, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Seiko Holdings.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and most major international payment methods.
All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s ShopPay System, ensuring safe and encrypted transactions.
What comes with my order?
Each Watchbrick timepiece includes a premium protective box, warranty info, and a strap adjustment tool kit.
How do I contact support?

Are you a legitimate company?
Yes. We are a registered business – Watchbrick International Limited (Business No. 78516689) All orders ship with tracking and are covered by our warranty.
